Scope of work completed on this project
- Removed rusted roof valley sheets
- Replaced with new 600mm wide Aluminium sheets.
- Repaired cracks to roof ridges and recalked.
- Replaced all damaged roof tiles.
- Removed all debris between roof tile overlaps to allow tiles to seat correctly.
- Spray applied a cleaning chemical to the entire roof.
- Agitated with brooms and hosed off residue.
- Spray applied a sealer to the entire roof.
- Airless Roof Spray painted with 2 coats of Green Laminan Apex roof paint.
