Which Roof Sheets are better IBR or Corrugated? IBR is a stronger profile than Corrugated Roof Sheets because of the flat angles.
If you want a roof that will never leak and last a very long time install Klip-Lok 700.
Roofing material that lasts the longest are concrete, clay or slate tiles. These materials significantly outperform other natural products like wood shakes or any manufactured roofing materials including asphalt shingles and metal roofing.
Scope of work completed on this project
- Removed all slate tiles and malthoid.
- Installed sisilation to entire roof.
- Installed new charcoal 0.47 IBR ColorBond roof sheets.
- Installed matching roof barge caps.
- Secured roof sheets with class 3 non corrosive screws.
- Installed sidewall flashing.
- Waterproofed with a 4mm heat fused torch-on membrane
- Coated waterproofing with Bitumen aluminium paint for UV protection.
- Removed all rubble from site.
