Scope of Work:
Braai Room
- Remove existing rusted roof sheets.
- Install a layer of sisilation.
- Install new corrugated flat sheets.
- Install a flat sheet behind chimney.
- Install barge caps.
Main Asbestos Roof
- Chemical wash entire roof.
- Ensure all roof screws are set.
- Replace where required.
- Seal all screw heads with Polyurethane.
- Waterproof all cracks with Elastocryl in conjunction with a reinforcing membrane.
- Spray apply an Asbestos Roof Encapsulation fiber sealant to entire asbestos roof.
- Airless Roof Spray paint 2 coats of Grey Laminin Apex Roof coating.
