Scope of work completed on this project
- Stripped all old waterproofing.
- Replace roof screws that have lifted.
- Replace with 120mm Pozi drive screws and washers.
- Chemical wash entire roof.
- Agitate with brooms and hose off residue.
- Waterproof cracks and suspect areas with Elastocryl and membrane for reinforcement.
- Seal roof screw heads with Polyurethane.
- Spray apply a latex fiber sealer to the entire roof.
- Airless Roof Spray paint with 2 coats of Laminen Apex Charcoal.
- Clean all gutters
- Clear rubble from site.
